Our Uni Heat Pack are designed to provide extra protection when shipping live plants in low temperatures. These items are only available as an add-on to plant purchases from our shop.
Uni Heat Pack – For Plants
- Ships inside the package to protect plants during winter.
- Recommended usage:
• 1 heat pack per box of 2 plants (6-inch pot or smaller)
• 1 heat pack per 8-inch pot - All 8-inch pots or larger ship individually in one box for plant safety.
⚠️ Heat packs must be ordered separately and are not automatically included.
Winter Shipping Guarantee :
1. If a heat pack / thermal insulation is purchased with your order, we guarantee your plants will arrive happy & healthy.
2. In the rare case of cold damage, we will replace the damaged plants—simply send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery.
⚠ If no heat pack / thermal insulation is purchased between December–March, the Winter Guarantee is void.
🔒 Important Information:The Heat Pack and Thermal Insulation will be installed during the repacking process by our official agent before your plants are shipped to your final address.This ensures that the packaging remains safe and the plants stay in optimal condition upon arrival.
👉 Please check your local weather before placing an order. If the temperature is 50°F (10°C) or below, we highly recommend adding a heat pack + insulation to your shipment.
