See How We Safely Pack Your Plants
After Arrival Care
Once You Unbox Your Order
Receiving plants after international shipping may look surprising — and that is completely normal. Follow these simple steps to help your plant adjust smoothly.
Unpack Immediately
Carefully remove the plant from the packaging to allow fresh air circulation.
Check Roots & Moss
Gently remove the plastic covering around the moss. If there is any tissue wrapped around the roots or stem, carefully loosen or remove it to allow better airflow.
Humidity Rest
After unwrapping, place the moss and roots into a clean container. Add a small amount of water to lightly rehydrate the roots — do not overwater.
Let It Rest
Then place the plant inside a clear box container, close it, and let it rest for about 24 hours to stabilize humidity.
Delay Repotting
Avoid transferring your plant to a new medium right after arrival. Let the plant rest and recover from travel stress for at least 24 hours before any repotting.
Move Carefully
After Rest, if the plant looks fresher the next day, move it to a new medium with high humidity. you can use new Moss Spaghnum with Perlite.
Minor travel stress is normal
Slight yellowing, soft leaves, or drooping can happen after long-distance shipping. With proper care, your plant will gradually adjust to its new environment.
