With ordering plants, means you agree to our term and conditions :

 

  •  By purchasing plants internationally, customers understand that the plant may not arrive in perfect condition due to extended transportation time or customs clearance procedures.
  • We assume that the customer has at least basic knowledge and experience in caring for plants.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether the ordered plant species are allowed in their country and to fully understand the import regulations that apply.
  • The customer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required in their country (this applies to countries outside of the US, EU, and Canada).
  • Each shipment is accompanied by a Phytosanitary Certificate, certifying that the plants have passed quarantine inspection and comply with the import requirements of the destination country.
  • Customers should understand that delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance processes in their respective countries. In the case of delays, customers are advised to contact the local shipping provider’s customer service directly.
  • Any issues occurring during shipping—including but not limited to damage, delays, or loss—are the customer’s responsibility to resolve with the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for any damage, delays, or loss during shipping. The customer assumes full responsibility, although we are happy to assist as a mediator with the shipping provider if needed. This support does not shift legal or financial responsibility to us.
  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Any returned shipment to Indonesia will be destroyed by customs and will not be refunded.

  • Failure to notify us of any special import requirements that lead to plant rejection or destruction will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Yes. All international orders are shipped with an official phytosanitary certificate issued by the Indonesian Agricultural Quarantine Agency, certifying that the plants are healthy and pest-free.

Yes, we ship worldwide — except for Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, and India due to strict import restrictions.

  • USA & Canada: Usually required for bulk or commercial orders.
  • EU: Generally not required for personal orders.
  • Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Australia, etc.: An import permit is often required.

We ship once or twice a month, depending on the destination and shipping batch.

Shipping dates will be confirmed and announced 5-7 days before each shipment via email.

We use a combination of Air Cargo, DHL Express, and EMS, depending on destination and logistics flow.

  • USA Orders are sent via Air Cargo, where our trusted local agent will repack your plants for final delivery using UPS or USPS (depending on your location and speed preference).
  • European Union: Shipped via Air Cargo or DHL Express through Amsterdam where our trusted agent in EU , then distributed to your address via DHL.
  • Other Countries: Depending on the destination, we use DHL Express or EMS— the courier is selected based on reliability and availability in your country.
  • USA: Estimated 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the local courier (UPS or USPS).
  • European Union, Canada, and Other Countries: Estimated 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance and local delivery schedules.

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee. If your plant arrives dead or severely damaged, please contact us and send us clear photos as evidence.

No. Due to customs regulations, returns are not accepted. Any returned plants will be destroyed by Indonesian customs.

Yes! If you have multiple pending orders, we can combine them into one shipment so you only pay for shipping once. Just let us know before the shipping cut-off date, and we’ll handle the rest.

Yes, we do. If you’re a shop owner, reseller, or collector buying in bulk, please contact us directly for custom wholesale pricing and shipment scheduling.

All our listings show real sample photos, but please note that each plant is unique — variations in color, pattern, shape, or size are natural and part of their charm.

🌿 The actual plant you receive may be slightly larger or smaller, depending on our available stock at the time of your order.

We always do our best to select healthy and beautiful specimens for every shipment.

Each plant is acclimated and rooted in moist sphagnum moss, then placed inside a ventilated plastic cup or bottle to maintain humidity and provide protection during transit.

Plants are clearly labeled and carefully packed to minimize stress and allow proper airflow throughout the journey.

You can request to hold or schedule your order for a future batch. Just let us know before the shipping cut-off date.

Yes! Contact us via WhatsApp or email before the batch closes and we’ll gladly combine your orders.

Cancellations within 24 hours are allowed. After that, a 10% cancellation fee applies due to export admin processing.

If a refund is approved (e.g. order canceled in time), we’ll process it to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days.
