🌿 Plant Condition
- Plants may not arrive in perfect condition due to long-distance shipping.
- Minor stress like yellowing or leaf drop is normal.
📦 Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for understanding import rules in their country.
- All duties, taxes, and customs fees are paid by the customer.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance.
📄 Documentation
- Every shipment includes a Phytosanitary Certificate.
- Plants are inspected and approved before export.
⚠️ Risk & Liability
- Any damage, delay, or loss is handled by the shipping carrier.
- We assist, but responsibility does not transfer to us.
❌ No Returns
- We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
- Returned shipments may be destroyed by customs.
