Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Information
General Information
For every international shipment, we provide a phytosanitary certificate, invoice, packing list, and other standard export documents.
Shipments to the European Union (EU), United States (US), and Canada include import duties in the price. Customers from other countries may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, or other additional charges.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand their country's plant import regulations and inform us of any required documents or special procedures prior to shipping. Please note that standard transit times depend on flight schedules, and customs clearance may require an additional 1–2 days for inspection.
