  • That’s why we offer a 2-day guarantee from the date the plant is received.

Our 2-Day Plant — Arrival Guarantee 

  • If your plant arrives severely wilted, rotting, or dead within 2 days, contact us with photos.
  • We offer two solutions:
    1. Replacement : We can send you a replacement for the damaged plant. In this case, we cover the shipping costs.
    2. Refund : We can process a full refund (100%) without requiring the return of the damaged plant.

How To Claim — Damage Plant

If your plant arrives damaged, follow these simple steps:

  1. Take Clear Photos / Videos 📷
    Capture clear images or a video upon unboxing. This will be used as proof of damage.
  2. Describe the Damage ✍️
    Provide a detailed description of the damage
    (e.g., broken stems, damaged leaves, etc.).
  3. Email Us 📧
