Our 2-Day Plant — Arrival Guarantee
- If your plant arrives severely wilted, rotting, or dead within 2 days, contact us with photos.
- We offer two solutions:

- Replacement : We can send you a replacement for the damaged plant. In this case, we cover the shipping costs.
- Refund : We can process a full refund (100%) without requiring the return of the damaged plant.
How To Claim — Damage Plant
If your plant arrives damaged, follow these simple steps:

Capture clear images or a video upon unboxing. This will be used as proof of damage. -
Describe the Damage ✍️
Provide a detailed description of the damage
(e.g., broken stems, damaged leaves, etc.). -
