Return & Refund Policy

Because we ship live plants internationally, every claim is reviewed based on plant condition, proof, and shipping circumstances.

Quick Eligibility

Refund or replacement may apply only for severe damage above 80%.

Minor yellowing, one or a few fallen leaves, light wilting, or cosmetic leaf damage are normal shipping stress and do not qualify for refund or replacement.

Submit Proof

Send clear photos and an unboxing video within 2 days after delivery.

We Review

We review the plant condition, damage level, and submitted proof carefully.

Replacement First

If approved, we will try to provide a replacement first. If not possible, refund may be provided.

  • More than 80% severe plant damage
  • Major damage to leaves, stems, and roots
  • Dead or completely collapsed plant upon arrival
  • Valid unboxing video and clear photos
  • Claim submitted within 2 days after delivery

Not Covered

Not Refundable

  • Yellowing leaves from shipping stress
  • One or a few fallen leaves
  • Minor leaf damage or cosmetic imperfections
  • Damage caused by wrong acclimation or after-arrival care
  • Delays caused by customs, weather, inspection, or carrier
  • Import issues caused by missing buyer documents or permits

No Returns

Returns are not accepted. Returned plants may be destroyed by customs.

Replacement Shipping

Approved replacement plants may be included in the next available shipment when possible.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 10% export administration fee.

International shipping can cause normal stress to live plants. Refund or replacement review only applies to severe damage above 80% with valid unboxing proof submitted within 2 days after delivery.

Plants are packed carefully using protective wrapping and secure export packaging to help minimize movement and damage during transit.

Roots are wrapped with moist sphagnum moss to help maintain humidity and protect the plant during international transit.
