My package was shipped to the wrong address so I had to drive across town and persuade a very hesitant home owner that I was the owner of the package. I also did not receive the thermal insulation set even though I purchased it. Thankfully, the plants weren’t affected since there was a week delay in shipping and the weather was already warmer by then. Plants themselves arrived in excellent condition. Customer service was very communicative during this whole ordeal.

This was my first order with scindapsus borneo and generally my first import order ever,I was really scared at first because you never know what shops you can trust but IM SO GLAD I DID!I live in the eu and aside for the shipping fees I didn't have to pay any extras, also the support team answered every question I had at any step from the second I put my order in, I will definitely order from here again!

My plants came in beautifully! Any time plants are imported, there is always root loss and some leaf loss but the loss from these plants is zero to very minimal. I am always shocked at how well they come in and how beautiful they are in person. I’m always so happy with my orders!

Expertly packed for shipping. Arrived fast to USA in excellent condition. The only disappointment is this plant had no roots. I personally do not do well rooting in moss. I transferred to leca and will give it my best shot. Will purchase from this seller again if I have success.
